Case Study A

Company A was having an employee make all the reservations for travelers.  We met with all personal who had a hand in travel from the travel bookings to the expense report exploring what they were doing and what we could do to make the work flow easier.

We uncovered the employee booking the travel did have some previous knowledge of using our travel software so we proposed training their employee on being a full-fledged travel agent so she would have all the necessary tools to make her job more efficient.  She then decided to change careers so we were back to the drawing board to redesign a new plan. We also found out that employees did not have a corporate credit card and the company was faxing the front and back of the credit card to pay for hotel stays. This we found out was a huge problem since the credit card was misused and the company would end up with charges not belonging to them.  The solution we proposed was implementing a “virtual credit card” strictly for hotel purchases.  The company embraced the solution but then decided to issue corporate credits to all travelers.

Our next plan of attack was to propose Concur so they would have an integrated travel and expense solution. This brings us up to the current program!!

Case Study B

An international company signed on with us and was utilizing services from two other travel management companies.

We began best practices by learning all about their processes and designed a program that has now been in place for over 10 years. We consolidated all the travel into our platform at Travel Leaders. Our team negotiated vendor contract with all top airline, rental car and hotel vendors. This client was not able to take advantage of discounted agreements with multiple travel management providers, so they consolidated to Travel Leaders as the agency of record. This client was able to achieve greater savings by consolidation, contract agreements and an account manager who studied their data continuously to find additional savings opportunities.
