I wanted to send you a quick note regarding an excellent interaction I had with Theresa M. this evening.

I had some issues with a trip to NYC tomorrow caused by a client constantly changing meeting times.  Theresa went above-and-beyond to help me find flight options and work with Delta to figure everything out.  In total it was nearly two hours of effort.  And, in the end became a moot point since my client switched times back to our original time (which meant all her [and my] effort/stress was unnecessary) which meant I could stay on my original flight.

Theresa was professional and courteous throughout our conversations despite running into new challenges and eventually finding out that it was not necessary.  This is especially big since we were running right up until 8pm EST.

So, thank you to Theresa and Travel Leaders for being awesome partners to work with!

This is Alec with the Entertainment Software Association.  I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude to Travel Leaders for helping me out of an unfortunate situation a couple of days ago.  After a MARC train snafu put me at BWI too late to make my flight, Travel Leaders was there to scour for other options to get me where I needed to go.  Although there weren’t any viable alternatives, there were very kind and exceptionally proficient, not only canceling my flights but also ensuring that I had a full understanding as to how everything would shake out financially with the travel funds.  They were even able to secure a cancelation for the non-refundable hotel rate that I had booked, further salvaging the situation.  There’s no way to overstate how valuable this service was to both me and my company

Just wanted to say, “GREAT JOB!” with the need to quickly switch reservations for Mark Ziolkowski and get him out of Peoria/Chicago tonight instead of tomorrow afternoon due to the impending snowstorm. You handled all with great skill and swiftness—you really came through when it was needed most. You also remembered that he needed to allow extra time to turn in his rental car, something that otherwise may not have been thought of due to the ‘fluster’ of concentrating solely on trying to get out of the city and back home any way possible; well done! Also “going the extra mile” to look up the expected weather conditions online—good touch.
